Overview

The Enterprise Strategic Account Executive is a pivotal role within the Blackbaud Enterprise Strategic Sales Team, focusing on managing existing client relationships and identifying new major accounts within a designated territory.

In Short

  • Manage sales activities to exceed revenue objectives.
  • Develop tactical and strategic plans for account penetration.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to generate revenue.
  • Follow up on leads and complete RFPs.
  • Establish Blackbaud as the preferred solution.
  • Build executive relationships at client accounts.
  • Differentiate Blackbaud's solutions through professional services.
  • Provide resources for client education and sales advancement.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
  • Understand customer industry trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in selling CRM and/or ERP software solutions.
  • Knowledge of solution-selling methodologies.
  • Experience with complex sales processes.
  • Proven track record of over quota achievement.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic.
  • Experience selling to development offices is a plus.
  • 10% - 20% travel required.
