In Short

  • Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical issues related to our products.
  • Analyze complex customer problems logically and provide accurate solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenging technical issues.
  • Accurately capture notes, document activities, and manage cases for teammates and customers.
  • Stay informed on product changes and learn about functionality changes.
  • Regularly follow up with customers on open incidents.
  • Work with client-side scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) to address customer needs.
  • Contribute to the development of a knowledge base by documenting common solutions.
  • Join a rotation of on-call resources for customers after hours and on weekends.
  • Be responsible for customer service-related needs.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, T-SQL) and ability to write basic queries.
  • Proficient with HTML and CSS for web development.
  • Experience in client-side scripting languages (JavaScript, Python).
  • Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and compose grammatically correct responses.
  • Ability to decipher technical terminology and explain it in easy-to-understand language.
  • High school diploma.
  • Diplomatic and tactful communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to take on new concepts easily.
  • Experience asking critical questions to facilitate problem solving.
