Overview

As an Advisory+ Consultant, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term consulting relationships with customers who use Financial Edge NXT, providing proactive best practices optimization consulting throughout their contract.

• Deliver customized prescriptive consulting to FENXT customers.

• 5+ years of experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge software.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on Blackbaud Financial Edge (FE7 and FENXT).
• Experience in multiple areas of accounting is encouraged.
• Comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and end-users.
• Experience with driving organizational change.
• Keen attention to detail in understanding customer needs.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of customers.
• Self-starter mindset with limited supervision.
