Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will support Small and Medium Business customers on Microsoft Cloud Technologies, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud-based services.

In Short

  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Handle escalation calls and resolve tickets as per SLA.
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (24*7).
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a laptop with Windows 10/11 and fast internet connection.

Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft Process or Microsoft 365 domain.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
