Overview

We are looking for freelance Spanish or Portuguese-speaking support engineers to help Microsoft customers troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Graph API.

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Ideal for engineers with experience in Microsoft 365 services.
  • Comfortable with basic scripting for testing purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with OAuth2 and Azure AD authentication.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience using tools like Postman and Fiddler.
  • Comfortable with PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Prior support experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure portal is advantageous.
