Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Gigmo Solutions, you will provide support for Microsoft 365 products to business customers, ensuring effective resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Handle escalation calls and resolve tickets as per SLA.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
  • Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers both written and verbally.
  • Research and identify solutions to system issues.
  • Must have a laptop with Windows 10/11 and fast internet connection.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required.

Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft Process or Microsoft 365 domain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues at once.
  • Fast internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
