Overview

We are seeking an initiative-taking Sales Development Manager to drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients in the Benelux region. This role is critical in achieving our ambitious growth goals and enhancing our market presence in the Nutra-ingredients sector.

In Short

  • Remote position with travel for customer visits, events, and meetings.
  • Drive sales and build relationships in the Benelux region.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell raw materials for various industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows.
  • Provide sales reports and market insights.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within the Nutra-Ingredients industry.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in Nutra-Ingredients sales.
  • Established network in the Benelux food and feed sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics and product applications.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other relevant language.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with international trade and logistics.
