In Short

• Seeking an experienced process engineer to enhance production management.
• Reports directly to management and collaborates closely with the plant manager.
• Focus on documentation and further development of technology.
• Responsible for the technological support of processes and associated downstream plants.
• Analyze raw material impacts on logistics and financials.
• Utilize experience in wood crushing for process optimization.
• Ensure accurate determination of process and plant parameters.
• Contribute to capacity development and cost reduction.
• Create operational guidelines and document established procedures.
• Develop KPIs for automated plant operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering with at least 20 years of experience in complex chemical production facilities.
• Experience as a plant manager in medium-sized integrated value chains is preferred.
• Experience with modern separation techniques and control technology.
• Knowledge of wood material processing and high-temperature gas plants is beneficial.
• Extensive market and industry knowledge.
• Strong technical understanding and structured work approach.
