In-House Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

The In-House Legal Counsel will be responsible for supporting all legal aspects of Wing's business, including drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on compliance and employment matters, and engaging with clients regarding legal requirements.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in the Philippines in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Experience in corporate and commercial contract drafting.
• Advisory experience in Philippine employment law.
• Experience with cross-border matters or US-based clients.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Preferred: in-house counsel experience in tech, SaaS, or BPO.
