Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive will be part of a team transforming the real estate industry through technology, focusing on Owners, Developers, and General Contractors.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy in the assigned market segment.
  • Understand the prospect’s business through excellent discovery and qualification.
  • Deliver the Built value proposition to C-suite executives.
  • Qualify prospects and build business cases for software adoption.
  • Progress opportunities to close software agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a great client experience.
  • Learn the market and exceed agreed-upon quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of full sales cycle experience in software solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Understanding of finance or construction industries is a plus.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth environment.
  • Must be based in Denver, CO and willing to travel frequently.
