Senior FP&A Analyst, Lender - Remote

Overview

As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Built, you will take ownership of revenue forecasting and commercial analytics to support the company's largest business segment, contributing to financial analysis that shapes the financial foundation of a scaling SaaS company.

In Short

• Support and manage the revenue forecasting cycle.
• Build and improve financial models in Planful or similar tools.
• Conduct cohort and trend analysis of revenue.
• Partner with Product and Pricing teams for monetization strategies.
• Ensure forecasts align with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Collaborate across departments for financial alignment.
• Monitor and report SaaS KPIs.
• Prepare variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Contribute to scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses.
• Seek process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience, including SaaS FP&A.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Planful, Adaptive, or similar tools.
• Strong comfort with large datasets; SQL or BI tool experience a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS business models.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
