Senior Lender & OEM Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Lender & OEM Analyst is an exciting opportunity for someone highly detail-oriented and seeking a new role that will grow their career with an expanding software organization. The role focuses on obtaining, interpreting, auditing, testing and entering OEM & lender data for syndication to various products.

In Short

• Understand all aspects of assigned lenders & OEMs and how different data points interact with one another.
• Utilize data feeds, websites, documents or similar to obtain and process new data updates.
• Enter all required data in an accurate and timely manner.
• Audit their own data accuracy, as well as that of their team members.
• Proactively source and obtain new or missing lender & OEM data.
• Assist department with automating data entry wherever possible.
• Complete all assigned projects on time and within established SLAs.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to enhance products and resolve discrepancies.
• Correct any known data errors and respond to inquiries from customer support, external partners, and internal team members.
• Work collaboratively with management and other team members to meet partner expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in a similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to make, understand and analyze API calls/responses (Postman).
• 10-key experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be organized and adaptable to an ever-changing field.
• Must be a team player but also able to work autonomously.
• Must perform well under tight deadlines.
• High level of data-entry accuracy.
• Experience with OEMs’ rates, residuals, and rebates.
