In Short

• Join the NGP team as a Software Engineer II.
• Focus on unlocking revenue opportunities through sustainable and scalable feature delivery.

• Create or extend React micro frontends and Node product APIs.
• Work with data pipelines in Python and services backed by MySQL or DynamoDB.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with team members to provide end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to major frontend and backend features.
• Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI is a plus.
• Experience with a growing company in a startup or growth stage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with customer-facing React applications.
• Experience building production APIs supporting customer features.
• Full-stack development preferred, with front-end mastery.
• Passion for building quality, testable code with automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in web and application servers.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• High ownership and accountability of work.
• Experience with refactoring initiatives is optional.
• Experience in a growing company is a plus.
• Ability to mentor others in cross-functional teams.
