Senior Analyst, FP&A - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Analyst in FP&A at Revlon, you will support financial planning activities and provide critical analysis of the company’s financial results, informing decision-making processes.

In Short

• Support financial planning activities and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentation materials for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze financial performance versus forecast and budget.
• Assist in preparing materials for investors and ratings agencies.
• Identify cost reduction and savings opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis for process improvements.
• Prepare special ad hoc assignments as requested.
• Manage multiple work-streams effectively.
• Stay updated on financial analysis and reporting developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in Corporate FP&A.
• Strong financial planning/analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with financial reporting systems like Hyperion Financial Management.
• Experience with manufacturing companies/FMCG is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with management.
