Senior FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for managing the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and intra-month projections; performing financial analysis processes for the Company; providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making by analyzing data, and creating financial models to project future performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Manage the annual budget process, including P&L and Cash Flows.
• Update forecasts quarterly and intra-month projections weekly.
• Coordinate with Sales and finance teams for revenue forecasts.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Participate in financial reporting preparation.
• Utilize FP&A platforms for financial processes.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance industry required.
• Excellent communication skills necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Financial Planning experience.
• MBA in Finance preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
• Experience with Netsuite Planning & Budgeting module preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
