Senior FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Friendly Home Services Group, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance and accounting team, focusing on budget processes and strategic decision-making within the HVAC industry.

In Short

• Lead financial planning and analysis processes across HVAC business units.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in writing monthly MD&A analysis for investors.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support financial due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Assist in the development of board materials and investor presentations.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
• Travel required – up to 20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed companies.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or other ERP Software preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar software preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence tools preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
