In Short

  • This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our New York City office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with brand vision and business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer & consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for unforgettable product launches.
  • Collaborate with global/innovation team, sales, and creative teams for seamless marketing execution.
  • Use analytics and market research to drive strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audience and elevate brand presence.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign & new product performance, providing insights for optimization.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior to keep the brand at the forefront of the beauty industry.
  • Inspire and mentor early career talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • BS degree in Communications, Business or Marketing, or related degrees.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media).
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong interest in market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to effectively communicate & collaborate through multiple platforms.
  • Ability to innovate, develop and execute against all product initiatives.
  • Strong team management, project management, and interpersonal skills.
