Overview

This role involves leading and managing a team of part-time Merchandising Representatives and Surge staff to ensure high performance and engagement within a retail district.

• Lead and manage a team of part-time Merchandising Representatives.
• Oversee a retail district with approximately 50–60 part-time Merchandisers.
• Act as the general manager of the district.
• Manage staffing, including hiring and training.

• Build relationships with store-level retail decision-makers.
• Analyze performance metrics to meet corporate objectives.
• Oversee district administration and financial management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail merchandising or direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Exceptional organizational skills and analytical thinking.
• Solid understanding of retail operations.
