  • Build relationships with store-level retail decision-makers.
  • Analyze performance metrics to meet corporate objectives.
  • Oversee district administration and financial management.
  • Demonstrate tech proficiency and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail merchandising or direct sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and analytical thinking.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations.
