CRM Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The CRM Marketing Manager will lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, adoption, and revenue growth across the entire customer journey. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing teams, as well as Sales and Customer Success colleagues across the globe.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of integrated B2B CRM marketing strategies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot and Braze.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience managing large-scale projects across cultures.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and intellectual curiosity.
