In Short

• Lead and organize continuous improvement processes at production sites in Europe and Asia.
• Conduct and support various cross-plant (Lean) projects.
• Data analysis, planning, and realization of improvement projects.
• Stabilize production processes and introduce work and process standards.
• Create a dynamic work culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Regular reporting and collaboration with the Business Unit Leader.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or a comparable background.
• Several years of experience in Operational Excellence.
• Solid experience in project management on regional and global levels.
• Proficient in Lean Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methods.
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to production sites.
