Controlling Manager - Remote

Overview

The Remy & Geiser GmbH is part of Gerresheimer AG, a developer, manufacturer, and service provider of primary packaging materials for the pharmaceutical industry. We produce pharmaceutical packaging from plastic, glass, and elastomers and sell our products and system solutions worldwide, generating most of our revenue from exports.

In Short

• Manage financial performance for our plant in Hinternah.
• Ensure integrity, transparency, and reliability of reporting.
• Drive planning, analysis, and performance management across business areas.
• Develop controlling strategies and processes to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with department heads for accurate financial planning.
• Analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports for management.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial statements.
• Work with cross-functional and international teams for process improvements.
• Act as a liaison between finance and other departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in controlling or financial management.
• Good knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience in budgeting and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Experience in risk management and internal control systems.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
