Overview

The Manager - Cost Control plays a key role in overseeing processes such as critical lease administration, mailbox management, report generation, periodic quality check initiatives, cost savings tracking, billings to clients, vendor management, and related financial scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience supervising a team.
  • Experience in accounting and invoice processing.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and GAAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Experience in transaction or property management preferred.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to recommend improvements in service delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
