Project Control Manager - Remote

Overview

DLH is seeking a Project Control manager who will oversee Project Control Analyst activities with program control, budget preparation, business operations support, financial reporting, and other related duties for program teams.

In Short

• Initiate, monitor, and maintain proper project setup.
• Develop project cost/schedule baselines and budgets.
• Monitor actual cost performance and resolve issues.
• Ensure accuracy of project-related expense reports.
• Manage subcontractor/consultant funding and expenditures.
• Develop monthly project financial forecasts and conduct variance analysis.
• Participate in review of invoices and monitor billing status.
• Assist the Project team with internal and external project reviews.
• Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance.
• Support various internal and external audit requests.

Requirements

• BS/BA in business, accounting, management, economics or related.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of Government Contracting experience.
• Knowledge of federal procurement and budget regulations.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Previous Earned Value Management System experience.
