DoD Governance/Transition Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

The DoD Governance/Transition Support Analyst will provide governance and transition support for the Defense Health Agency's Solution Delivery Division, ensuring smooth transitions and effective management of acquisition programs.

In Short

• Provide governance panel support for Programs of Record.
• Develop a detailed baseline of the current state of the program.
• Manage efforts to transfer acquisition program oversight.
• Document the as-is and proposed to-be state of initiatives.
• Coordinate annual funding and unfunded requirement submissions.
• Maintain templates and process assets for governance.
• Support transition programs into and out of PEO Medical Systems.
• Conduct analysis in support of transition efforts.
• Ensure documentation artifacts are developed for transitions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of DoD Acquisition management processes required.
• Experience with DoD Acquisition Governance preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in writing and presenting project materials.
• Understanding of DHP funding and appropriations.
• Familiarity with the Future Years Defense Program.
