Overview

The Governance Analyst will play a key coordination role in ensuring executives and senior stakeholders are informed of business developments through insightful reporting, focusing on governance, risk, compliance, and assurance.

In Short

• Coordinate governance reporting and ensure timely information submission.
• Produce minutes from Board and Audit and Risk Assurance Committee meetings.
• Track internal audit findings and actions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support policy framework development and maintain the master policy register.
• Assist in the development and embedding of the risk management framework.
• Liaise with Information Asset Owners for data protection assessments.
