Head of Safety (m/f/d) Moulded Glass - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Head of Safety to lead safety initiatives across our Moulded Glass Business Unit, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a strong safety culture across multiple international production sites.

In Short

• Develop and implement safety strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead safety performance and culture across international sites.
• Monitor safety regulations and report compliance indicators.
• Support risk assessments and accident prevention measures.
• Coordinate incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

• Contribute to continuous safety improvements as part of the Occupational Safety Council.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or related field with safety qualification.
• Experience in implementing safety programs in manufacturing.
• Expertise in HSE areas such as risk assessments and ISO 45001.
• Experience in training and managing organizational change.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and safety analyses.
• Fluent in English and business fluent in German; willingness to travel.
