Overview

Geotab is seeking a Marketplace Global Account Manager who will orchestrate the partner experience for our largest, most strategic global Marketplace partners, guiding them through Geotab's internal ecosystem, serving as the key escalation point of contact for complex challenges and initiatives, and ultimately ensuring mutual success for both Geotab and our partners.

In Short

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned complex, global Marketplace Partners.
  • Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships within Partner organizations.
  • Orchestrate the Partner experience by guiding them through Geotab’s global priorities.
  • Act as central coordinator across all relevant Geotab Teams.
  • Accountability for collaborative planning and setting clear expectations.
  • Proactively monitor for global trends and identify critical issues.
  • Lead and drive all aspects of contract negotiations on a global scale.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in a sales, business development, or account management role.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • Experience with 3rd party channel sales.
  • Experience managing global partnerships or international sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
