Overview

The Global Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing all commercial initiatives focused on selected Global customers in the datacenter segment.

In Short

  • Leads development and implementation of the strategic account plan.
  • Establishes and develops account relationships.
  • Collaborates across regions for technical and commercial support.
  • Develops knowledge of the customer’s business strategy.
  • Acts as a focal point for problem resolution.
  • Monitors competitors’ activity and formulates response strategies.
  • Utilizes resources to provide value to the account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience.
  • 2 years of Key Account or Sales Leadership experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 50% of the time.
  • 2 years experience selling to cloud service providers.
