Overview

The Global Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing Multi-National/Regional Customers, Global Key Accounts & Distributors in the EMEA region for a Global Specialty Chemical company.

In Short

  • Drive Sales Growth aligned with Global Marketing strategy
  • Implement global pricing guideline for sustainable pricing strategy
  • Support activities in Care chemicals and other market segments
  • Define and drive implementation of customer portfolio strategy
  • Support and implement the Distribution strategy
  • Provide rapid response to customer requirements
  • Define and implement a detailed Portfolio Plan
  • Track financial performance against plan targets
  • Plan and conduct contract negotiations
  • Develop and deliver a Commercial and Technical opportunity pipeline

Requirements

  • Strong Chemical Manufacturing background
  • Competent in achieving sales objectives/goals
  • Technical knowledge of Surfactants (advantageous)
  • Experience in market segments like Energy Solutions, Industrial, Agrochemicals
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to track financial performance
  • Experience in managing customer portfolios
  • Ability to forecast and support planning needs
