Overview

The Global Account Manager at TTM Technologies is responsible for managing key global accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through relationship management.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with key global accounts.
  • Expand and develop existing accounts.
  • Provide customer service and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Participate in customer business reviews and negotiations.
  • Travel globally, supporting accounts across various regions.

  • Monitor performance levels and drive improvements.
  • Communicate customer requirements back to TTM management.
  • Ensure compliance with export control policies.
  • Provide solutions and support for customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Printed Circuit Board manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage conflict and prioritize tasks.
  • Understanding of ITAR and EAR compliance.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
