Legal Counsel for Corporate and M&A - Remote

Overview

As a key member of Geotab's in-house legal team, you will manage complex corporate and commercial transactional agreements, focusing on corporate transactions including acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law or M&A.
• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• License to practice law in relevant states.
• Broad corporate and M&A experience.
• Understanding of global corporate structuring.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with multi-national organizations.
• Knowledge of data privacy and AI laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
