Corporate Counsel - M&A - Remote

Overview

As Corporate Counsel you will help develop our M&A legal strategy, ensuring Figma stays ahead in a constantly evolving tech landscape.

In Short

• Lead and manage legal aspects of M&A transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors.
• Provide legal advice for Figma’s venture capital investments.
• Support the Company’s expanding international operations.
• Build and maintain processes and infrastructure for the legal function.
• Work on corporate and securities projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience at a top tier law firm or in-house legal department.
• A J.D. and a current member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience with M&A transactions and venture capital deals.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, driven, and adaptable.
