  • Proven track record in Customer Success processes.
  • Effective use of Power BI, Monday.com, and Salesforce.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve issues.
  • Collaborative approach to stakeholder relationships.
  • Commitment to providing a superior customer experience.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sports, betting, and data.
