Venue Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As a Venue Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the process of installing cutting-edge equipment and systems in various sporting arenas across Mexico.

In Short

• Manage portable kit(s) domestically and support portable matches throughout Mexico.
• Maintain legacy equipment in venue either personally or with a contractor.
• Site visits for Dragon upgrades.
• Manage installation process for Dragon upgrades.
• Maintain/troubleshoot Dragon systems.
• Provision equipment and help manage shipments into the country.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally if needed (up to 50% of time).

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish).
• Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
• Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality.
• Rudimentary knowledge of networking (fibre/switches/cat6).
• Valid driving license and experienced with travelling.
• Willingness to transport equipment with own vehicle if needed.
• Experience with sending/receiving shipments.
• Ability to work at heights (small to medium ladders).
• Efficiently able to document your work on-site.
