Revenue Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

This role will provide operational support to the Revenue Operations team, assisting with the implementation and execution of ongoing projects.

In Short

• Support Revenue Operations team with Salesforce project implementations
• Review and validate Salesforce data for alignment and adherence
• Conduct regular analysis of Salesforce reports
• Execute data cleanup and alignment projects in Salesforce
• Maintain and develop documentation for critical RevOps processes
• Collaborate with the Business Systems team on Revenue Operations projects
• Identify dependencies and anticipate downstream impacts
• Execute detailed tasks with high accuracy
• Identify opportunities for process automation
• Assist with contract-related operational processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience using Salesforce for reporting
• 2+ years of experience in an Operations role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and high-quality work
• Familiarity with process documentation
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take on tasks
• Experience with process automation
