Overview

The Operations Coordinator will support the Site and/or Assistant Facility Managers with operational activities in maintenance, accounting, vendor oversight, and client relationships to ensure service levels are achieved.

In Short

  • Provide support to Facility Managers with operational activities.
  • Build positive client and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs for office cleanliness.
  • Respond to work orders ensuring KPI compliance.
  • Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate site amenities and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Comply with client contract requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional quality of service.
  • Propose emergency response plans.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in facilities or property management preferred.
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property.
  • Proficiency in information technology tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle stress.
  • Self-motivated and flexible.
