In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact for managed customer portfolio.
  • Build trust and strong relationships through regular communication.
  • Become a trusted product expert and assist customers in achieving their goals.
  • Proactively manage customer renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Lead customized onboarding processes tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to detect potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams on shared projects.
  • Analyze customer data to enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvements by integrating Whatagraph further into customers’ operations.
  • Work during APAC business hours once per week.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or commercial account management experience in SaaS.
  • Experience at a digital marketing agency or in the martech industry.
  • Strong commercial instinct with excellent presentation skills.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proactive approach in identifying and expanding relationships.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and usage patterns.
  • Competence in managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to work with Support, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Availability to work during APAC business hours once per week.
