  • Serve as the main point of contact for managed customer portfolio.
  • Build trust and strong relationships through regular communication.
  • Become a trusted product expert and assist customers in achieving their goals.
  • Proactively manage customer renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Lead customized onboarding processes tailored to customer needs.
  • Continuously monitor customer engagement and usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-departments on shared projects.
  • Analyze customer data for insights into usage patterns.
  • Drive continuous improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Work during APAC business hours to align with global teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in SaaS or digital marketing.
  • Strong commercial instinct with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proactive approach in identifying and expanding relationships.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and detect risks.
  • Competence in managing complex projects.
  • Ability to work with Support, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Availability to work during APAC business hours.
