Overview

The Associate Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and supporting various sales channels within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can align with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), support enterprise-level engagements, and manage reseller accounts for support and onboarding.

In Short

  • Align with RSMs in the field to understand channel needs.
  • Provide sales support for enterprise-level accounts.
  • Assist in managing reseller accounts and driving sales activities.
  • Build an operating model for daily interactions with RSMs.
  • Track and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Drive the closing process for sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to resale partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles.
  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in technology or IT.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
