Overview

The Collections Officer will manage overdue debt accounts for patients undergoing fertility treatment, focusing on negotiation and customer service to ensure timely payments.

• Manage overdue aged debt accounts (consumer) to drive down outstanding debt.
• Negotiate payment plans with patients and track outcomes.
• Escalate cases to legal/collection house as needed.

Requirements

• Intermediate to experienced Collection Officer.
• Commercial or consumer background considered.
