Collections Officer - Remote

Overview

The Collections Officer is responsible for performing all phases of collections, minimizing losses, and maintaining effective relations with members to achieve superior collection results.

In Short

• Contact borrowers with past due loans and credit cards.
• Manage activities to meet Collection Department’s goals.
• Collect negative balance amounts from members.
• Handle repossessions, bankruptcies, and foreclosures.
• Be a direct contact for Collection attorneys and legal matters.
• Assist in training of collectors.
