The Employee Experience Manager shapes and delivers a seamless, mission-aligned employee journey for Galileo’s HQ and seasonal staff, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the organization's values and delivers meaningful impact.

• Design and implement employee engagement programs.
• Lead alumni engagement through community initiatives.

• Plan and execute staff events for culture and connection.
• Define and track key employee experience metrics.
• Optimize onboarding workflows for seasonal staff.
• Manage employee communication standards.
• Support organizational learning and inclusion initiatives.
• Ensure clarity and consistency in internal communications.

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in employee experience or HR.
• Experience scaling processes for high-turnover workforces.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Experience managing employee communications and knowledge resources.
• Ability to analyze employee feedback and metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with state-specific onboarding is a plus.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
