Overview

The Employee Experience and Engagement Manager at the Mozilla Foundation is responsible for designing, delivering, and measuring strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace.

In Short

  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs.
  • Design and implement recognition programs and team-building initiatives.
  • Own the employee survey strategy and reporting.
  • Leverage performance reviews to inform learning strategies.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen culture and retention.
  • Embed equity, inclusion, and accessibility into engagement strategies.
  • Define and implement a learning and development strategy.
  • Conduct training needs assessments.
  • Develop clear and inclusive employee communications.
  • Build and maintain communications calendars.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement or L&D roles.
  • Success in designing scalable employee engagement programs.
  • Strong project management and program design skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to integrate equity and inclusion principles into workplace programs.
