Overview

We are looking for a leader to develop and drive our talent management, culture, and employee experience strategies. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that embed cultural principles into our ways of working, align performance management with our overall goals, enhance employee engagement and retention, and maximize the value of a hybrid working model.

In Short

  • Develop a company-wide talent management, culture and employee experience strategy.
  • Build and refine performance management frameworks linking performance to compensation and career development.
  • Drive consistency in talent evaluation across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Own the design and execution of strategies for a hybrid working model.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to align talent initiatives with business priorities.
  • Provide thought leadership on talent management and workforce planning.
  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent programs.
  • Drive transformation with transparency and innovation.
  • Manage high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Proven ability to set strategy and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to drive innovation tailored to company needs.
  • Experience in building and managing small, high-performing teams.
  • Systems thinker with a structured approach to planning.
