Associate Director, Employee Experience & Development - Remote

Overview

Blavity Inc. is looking for an Associate Director, Employee Experience & Development. This position serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the company, supporting the business's goals through its people's success.

In Short

• Create and lead the execution of a cohesive employee engagement strategy.
• Design, plan, and execute engaging activities for employees.
• Edit and produce content to support internal communications.
• Collaborate with department leaders to design team-specific engagement activities.
• Design and administer employee experience surveys.
• Develop and manage employee recognition campaigns.
• Oversee the management of the employee engagement budget.
• Partner with the executive team for quarterly all-hands meetings.
• Manage the design and distribution of the monthly staff newsletter.
• Assess employee engagement continuously and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing Employee Experience programs.
• 4+ years of experience handling employee relations.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with managing company intranet and performance management tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation-based communication skills.
• Fluent in Google Suite, Notion, Lattice, LMS, Asana.
• High-energy, positive attitude; motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
