Overview

The Staffing Manager, Summer Camp Teams is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient selection and hiring of seasonal summer staff across multiple regions, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive staffing strategy.

• Design and implement standard assessment and interview processes.
• Collaborate with Field Team leaders to address region-specific staffing needs.
• Manage the candidate experience and communication.
• Monitor pipeline health and provide feedback on sourcing effectiveness.
• Utilize various recruiting channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure all camps are fully staffed by hiring deadlines.
• Oversee Summer Staff job offers and onboarding processes.
• Provide regular reporting on hiring progress and milestones.
• Lead and develop a team of Seasonal Selection Specialists.
• Coach interviewers on best practices for equitable hiring.

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume hiring cycles.
• 4–6 years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience supervising or coaching a seasonal team.
• Data and reporting proficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Commitment to equitable hiring practices.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
