We invite an experienced Senior Staffing Manager to join our Talent Excellence Department at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll contribute to efficient hiring for various challenging and exciting IT projects, acting as a critical liaison between delivery and recruitment teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing roles
• Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills
• Strong conflict resolution and expectation management abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret staffing metrics and KPIs
• High level of ownership and accountability, adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
