We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Senior Manager, HR & Employee Experience to lead initiatives that elevate workplace culture, engagement, and operational excellence.

In Short

• Oversee onboarding and employee assimilation to ensure a welcoming and structured new hire experience
• Maintain and enhance internal platforms and communications
• Design and execute employee engagement programs and cultural events
• Lead administration and strategy of performance management tools
• Manage and analyze employee experience surveys to inform improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to communicate updates on policies and events
• Support employee relations and coach managers on sensitive personnel issues
• Maintain an organized communications calendar
