Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with our customers by providing them with solutions to meet their financial and service-oriented goals.

  • Lead the renewal process with existing clients for upsell and cross selling.

  • Build trust with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Deliver concise sales presentations integrating G2 into client strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with an emphasis on multi-threading.
  • Support onboarding and maintenance calls for successful partnerships.
  • Advocate for customers by partnering with internal resources.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of quota carrying sales experience for mid-market.
  • Current experience managing an existing book of business.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience in the software or digital marketing industry.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others.
  • Understanding of negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
