Overview

The Account Manager will work with customers to ensure successful renewal and retention of existing client contracts while managing a portfolio of key accounts.

In Short

  • Work remotely with a preference for UTC-6 to UTC+5.
  • Full-time role available as contractor or employee.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of UI components.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Work autonomously in a startup environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are required.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management and sales, particularly in UI libraries or developer products.
  • Track record of successful upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and customer needs.
  • Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
